Being born as a woman is a  blessing. Next to God women are the creator of the world. Women are the architect of this world. Women are the backbone of society but this most beautiful creature of God needs various care for herself at every stage of her life.

A woman plays various roles throughout her life. When she born family feels – Laxmi (Goddess) comes into the family. Then daughter “papa ki pari’ Loving sister, then-wife and mother ultimate whole caretaker of a family.  

If a woman, a pillar of every family herself is healthy (Physically and Mentally), then and then, she can maintain the health of their families and communities. To make ourselves healthy, make our family and society healthy, let’s start the journey together.

There are various stages of a woman’s life. Accompanied by considerable hormonal changes, the life stages of a woman are generally divided into infancy, Adolescence or puberty age, reproductive age, and climatic (menopause) periods. In addition to pregnancy and delivery is the event that makes a woman’s life unique.

In all these stages, in her life, a woman needs healthcare and concern for herself first. What we see in our surroundings, she is taking care of all other family members, but neglecting her own health or sometimes hide her health problems.
